"A Slow and Steady Drip"
We started this project back in 2006 as part of our writers project called,
Project LightStand.
Project LightStand was a SuperHouse initiative to force our community to write
short screenplays that we could produce. We worked through a season of writing
and revisions that lasted about 4 months, and from that we compiled about a
dozen scripts that were eligible for the project. We then went through a voting
process and picked one that we thought was best suited for production. Greg
Morrison's, "A Slow and Steady Drip" won the top prize and we started on
production at the end of 2006. This is our most ambitious project yet, shot in
HD and put through the best production and post work we were currently capable
of... were quite proud of it and we believe it will be an enjoyable and
impressive accomplishment by our indie film community.
"The Norm"
Every year we compete in a national film competition, known as the 48 Hour National Film Challenge. It makes for an amazing
weekend, and you never know what you are going to end up with going in. On a
friday night we are e-mailed a prop, character, genre, and a line of dialogue...
the rest is up to us! Come out to the premiere and find out how Elvis and bubble
wrap fit into this years NFC entry of "The Norm"
