It is official. Our Governor has signed the Film Incentive Bill. Michigan is now the best state in our nation for film incentives.

For any friends in production crews, make sure they sign up in the production guide at the Michigan Film Office, www.Michigan.gov/filmoffice .

For talent interested in new opportunities, we have a powerhouse coming in from Chicago, Charlies Talent. They have offices in Chicago, LA and New York. They are completing the paperwork to be a Michigan SAG Franchise. This means that in the next week or 2, they will be setting up the auditions for the many SAG films that have already started moving to Michigan. Last year the Michigan Film Office had 6 scripts come over their desk, today they have over 70 - the Film Incentive Bill had not even passed.
