KALAMAZOO--A short film by two Western Michigan University professors was recently screened at the Waterfront Film Festival.
"Vol. 3. Illegal Art," a short film by two faculty members in the WMU School of Communication, was shown Saturday and Sunday, June 9-10, at the four-day festival in Saugatuck, Mich., in the Michigan Film Lodge, which features Michigan filmmakers.

Jay Semerad is a University of Michigan graduate, and native of Flint, MI. He has studied music for most of his life, and founded Red Leader Audio in 2003 to bring dedicated game soundtracks to independent developers at an affordable price. He has expanded his role as an audio professional to include original score for film, sound design and sound effects for games or picture, as well as file editing and processing or archiving.
